Precision cutting of a diverse range of single ply materials

The Single Ply has two tools a wheel to cut the pattern piece and notches, a punch to make the drill holes, this is while the material is held in place by a vacuum system. The unit is compact and easy to maintain and will give many years of cutting various types of material from Denim to fine fabrics.

An additional option to the cutting wheel is the Oscillating head which will cut the more demanding materials like carbon fibre and heavier fabrics used in the protective clothing industries.
